英语近义词辨析

这些都是初中的语法项目。
across是一个介词，表示“横穿”，在表面上穿过的意思。
cross是一个动词，相当于动词+across,如：cross=go across.
rather than=instead of都是“而不是”的意思，但是前者后面常加名词，代词，或者是动词原形，而后者后面则加名词，代词，动词的ing形式。
neither是两者都不的意思，常组成短语neither ... nor...或neither of短语，前一个短语谓语动词就近原则，后一个短语谓语动词用单数形式。如：
neither your nor i am a teacher,你和我都不是老师
neither i nor you are a teacher.你和我都不是老师
neither of us is a teacher.我们俩都不是老师。
either是“或者”的意思，常组成短语，either ... or...或either of短语。前一个短语谓语动词也是就近原则，后一个短语谓语动词也是用单数形式。如：
either you or i am a teacher,或者你或者我是老师
either i or you are a teacher,或者我或者你是老师
either of us is a teacher.我们两个人中有一个人是老师

aross是介词，cross是动词
rather than 是连词,表否定后边的,"而不是....."
instead of 是副词, 意思跟rather than差不多, 都表示否定后面的部分,只是在句子中的位置有些区别
Neither的意思是“两个都不”（not either）；either的意思是“两个中的任何一个”（one of two）或“两个中的各一个”（each of two）。

Neither常和nor用在一起；either常与or用在一起。

across前要加一个动词，如：go across .
cross 就是动词，可单独使用
rather than 表示“宁愿。。。而不是”
instead of 表示“代替,取而代之的是”后加名词或动名词
neither 表否定，通常和nor 连用，表示“既不。。。也不。。。”
either 表选择，和or 连用，表示：“既。。。又。。。”
