1、制动单元又叫制动斩波器,和制动电阻一起配套工作,都是变频器的选件。变频器正常的母线电压为540V(AC380V机型),当电机处于发电状态时,该母线电压会超过540V,最大允许700-800V,如长期或频繁超过这个最大值将会损坏变频器,所以用制动单元和制动电阻进行能量消耗,防止母线电压过高。制动单元可以看做是压控元件,即制动能量的大小由母线电压控制,对于400V系列,直流侧电压高于675V或者720V开始启动(低于此值不动作),随着电压升高,制动功率不断加大,制动能量并非永远等于额定值。2、电机有以下几种情况会由电动状态转为发电状态:A、常规负载快速减速或太短的减速时间;B、提升(位能)负载下行时一直处于发电状态C、开卷机被其它机械被动开卷。3、选择制动单元比较简单,对于A类负载,要求不高可通过自由停车来解决,或者延长减速时间来解决,制动单元的功率选择不必太高;B,C类一般按照和变频器同等功率(或者稍高)就可以了。4、你采用的共用直流母线方式,原则上负载分配遵循不同时制动,即要求部分设备工作在电动的时刻,部分设备工作于发电状态,这样,制动单元的功率选择不必太高;你没有说明采用的负载形式,不知道如何给你提建议。
