两句都是：he 作主语，is doing 作谓语，what 作宾语

宾语是动作的承受者，这里what是do的承受者。
补语在主动语态下是补充说明宾语的，是先有宾语，后有补语。如 I want him to sit down
I 是主语，want 是谓语，him 是宾语，to sit down 是补语
