制作玻璃模具,所使用的玻璃模具钢,牌号有哪些,是否有使用一白胜,撒斯特,大同,日立,芬可乐等呢

玻璃在成型时,玻璃液的温度很高,达到1300-1400C,进入成型时也有1060C左右,成型模模腔表面的温度将达到600-800C,模具常因氧化,脱皮,生长而导致出现局部或大面积麻点,又因模具合模的机械冲撞 ,夹料,应力变形等因素,致使合模线缝粗大,造成产品报废,故玻璃成型模对模具材料有较高的要求.
但是满足这种要求并不是跟这些品牌有关,首先纠正一点是一胜百,这几个品牌其实都有自己很有优势的钢种,像一胜百、芬可乐在压铸模上见长,而日立、大同他们的超镜面抛光材料NAK80 现在无人超越,而玻璃模具我不太熟悉,在网上有介绍一款新型特种钢HQ-40是预硬型玻璃成型模具用钢.该钢的锻造温度为1150-850C,锻造在850-860C退火,炉冷至350C出炉空冷,时效处理温度为670-680C14小时后空冷,可达硬度HRC25-26.现在提供的材料已进行上述处理后的预硬锻材,经机械加工成型后不须镀铬就可直接用作玻璃成型之用. HQ-40钢具有良好的冷热加工性能,较高的抗冷热度疲劳性能,极优的抗氧化能力,优良的抗热触性能,并具有较高的玻璃粘附温度和良好的脱模性及可焊补性,HQ-40钢的性能优于日本GLD29(CR-CO-V系)钢,而钢材成本仅为GLD2的3/5. HQ-40钢适用于制造玻璃瓶,罐,玻璃器皿,显像管玻壳,车辆车灯,照明灯具等的成型模具,特别是对玻璃熔化温度高,成型温度高,表面质量要求较高的玻璃成型模具,效果尤为突出.例如;HQ-40钢制冲头,底座,模具经机械加工及研磨后,表面粗糙度可达RA0.13(10.9),用于压制成型温度为1400C微晶玻璃耐热煎锅器皿模具(尺寸200200MM)压制1.0万模次后,冲头及底座表面粗糙度为RA0.35(9)模具仍可继续使用,而且冲头及底座工作面无桔皮,凹坑,发裂,氧化皮等缺陷.
