技术上说,几乎没有共同点。稳压器能够在一定的范围内,是用户电压稳定在一个范胃内,当电网电压低,可把电压提高到所规定的数值,当电网电压高了,能够将用户电压降到所规定的值。无功补偿器则没有这个功能,当电网电压升高(或降低)时,他没有办法把电压降到(或升高到)规定的值。它的作用是,补偿供电线路的无功电流,降低电路损耗。对于长距离的供电线路,而且所带负载的功率因数很低时,不管用户的的电压是高了还是低了,他都会有一定的提升供电末端的电源的作用。之所以用户认为无功补偿能够提高电压的作用,是卖家的一种宣传。
